Troubleshooting Common Installation Issues
If you encounter installation problems, the most common cause is the "Unknown Sources" setting on Android. By default, Android blocks installation of apps from outside the Google Play Store. To install the puzzel APK, open Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. After installation, you can disable this setting again. Some devices also require you to trust the puzzel certificate; if prompted, select "Trust" to proceed.
For iOS users, if the web app fails to load, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. If you experience slow performance after installation, restart your device and ensure you have sufficient storage space available.
